Holy music meditation for the Holidays

I am absolutely majorly jazzed to have made my first music meditation movie to promote the Holy Music from the Holy land project, brining the holy back to the holidays.

This is a two minute music meditation with pics of the ancient Galilee cave where I recorded it, replete with the doves who flew in from Jerusalem to help.

Midnight Music Meditation in Galilee

It has been ages since I have posted to this dormant blog. Well folks, moving to my permanent home and ancient healing music center has gotten me inspired to revive this blog. I just recorded a short music meditation at midnight. This is a wonderful little 60 second piece that you can use to unwind. If you are one of those people who finds it difficult to wind down or go to sleep: 1) Find a comfortable chair to sit in 2) Alternatively, get into bed and lie in a comfortable position. 3) With your eyes either open or closed, focus your attention upon your tailbone. This will provide a grounding force, connecting you with the natural forces of gravity. 4) Notice where the wordless vocals resound inside of your body. 5) Play the piece a few times, on loop. Notice what changes occur in your body. You will most likely feel relaxed, and if you doze off, well... IT WORKED :-) zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......
