Walking Chant

Here's a great idea... I used it this afternoon and it really made me feel great.

I have a chant that I use every day. Usually I do it sitting in my room.

Today, I went for a walk in nature, and started to chant the simple words that uplift me.

My feet provided rhythm for the musical meditation. Once I got into it, I didn't even notice my walking. I wanted to go on and on... and did for a while.
